Frequently Asked Questions
Pollenex handheld showerheads include a 5- or 6-foot hose connected from the showerhead to shower pipe via an integrated arm bracket. The showerhead can sit in the arm bracket for use similar to a fixed-mount, or can be removed to hold in hand for spraying hard-to-reach areas.
Fixed-mount showerheads permanently attach to the shower pipe and provide 100% hands-free use for shampooing, soaping, shaving or other grooming activities. Although fixed-mount and handhelds can offer the same number or type of spray settings, fixed-mounts do not include a hose for handheld use.
Combination sets include both a handheld and fixed-mount, providing unlimited options. Although typically more costly, combination sets are perfect for families sharing a bathroom and whose members have different preferences.
If experiencing low pressure at only one faucet or showerhead, remove the showerhead or faucet aerator (screen) and clean thoroughly. With the showerhead and faucet aerator off, run the hot and cold water for 2 to 3 minutes to flush any leftover debris.
If experiencing poor water pressure from more than one faucet or showerhead, remove your showerheads and faucet aerators throughout the house and clean thoroughly. Once complete, replace showerheads and faucet aerators and test water pressure again. If pressure continues to be poor, contact a certified plumber to help further diagnose the issue.
